Account Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Sales/Account Manager role
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager/ sales operations team
  • Follow up with clients for renewal of POs, agreements, and Work orders
  • Prepare Purchase orders for partners
  • Involve in after-sales activities
  • Reach out to allocated leads and identify interested prospects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Some experience in pre-sales and basic knowledge of accounts
  • Take complete responsibility to deliver the tasks allocated
  • A self-motivated person
  • Customer-focused, an outgoing individual that can build rapport easily
  • A good coordinator who will be a bridge between the internal team and clients
  • Resilient and positive, with a strong drive for results

Qualification

  • Graduate (BBA, MBA, B Com)

Minimum Experience: 1 year
