Lead Gen and CRM Specialist

Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation and CRM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling website leads, manning the lead gen ids, running live chat, managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, qualifying leads, and transitioning Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). You will play a critical role in converting visitors to leads and support the data analysis for deeper penetration of products

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to website leads promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle the website live chat support and guide visitors to specific resources or convert them as Leads.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, including updating lead information, tracking interactions, and documenting relevant details.
  • Manage prospect and client database in the CRM to ensure cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Implement lead qualification processes to identify potential prospects and determine their readiness for sales engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth lead handover from marketing to sales.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand leads’ needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to gather additional information and further qualify their interest.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls or meetings with leads to assess their fit with our products or services.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, or a related role.
  • Strong hold of Zoho CRM systems and proficiency in managing and extracting data from the CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leads.
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills to work on large data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, focusing on driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies is a plus
