Job Description / Responsibilities

  1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  4. Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in the applicant tracking system.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  7. Participate in career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities to promote the organization and attract candidates.
  8. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.


A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
