Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SDR / SDR with expertise in demand generation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for our products or services. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demand Generation: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive leads and revenue growth. Utilize various channels and tactics such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships to generate qualified leads.
• Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling to introduce products/services, identify opportunities, and schedule meetings or demos. Develop scripts and strategies to effectively engage prospects and convert leads into opportunities.
• LinkedIn Networking: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand the company’s network, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and enhance brand visibility. Engage with relevant industry groups, participate in discussions, and share valuable content to position the company as a thought leader.
• Email Outreach: Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Craft compelling email content, A/B test subject lines and messaging, and utilize marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance.
• Lead Management: Manage and prioritize inbound leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification. Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead requirements, provide necessary support, and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales funnel.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Cold calling is essential, with a preference for candidates experienced in the US and EMEA regions.
• 1 – 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach.
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving lead generation initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
